BioI started on my own, making music from my bedroom! I'd had my son at 24 and didn't get the chance to go out as much. I managed to get in BBC Introducing a few times, then started singing in pubs as a solo act, and did a few duos. In 2018 I got scouted by a big label (yellow arch studios) but didn't take the opportunity due to financial & family commitments.I put out a post to find the right people for a band, and I couldn't ask for better. We are on the rise now and making moves as Jamesy and the roof raisers, we are here to spread love & enjoy the experience. Making music our own way, but giving people the best experience possible.

My inspirations are Bruno Mars, Eminem, AJ Tracey, The Kinks, Ed Sheeran, Dappy, Gorillaz, and Hilltop Hoods. I also have previously been scouted by Yellow Arch Studios in 2018, and it made me want to invest in my music. That's where we are now.
